What we need from you
A list or specification, quantities, delivery location, the date you need the goods, and whether you need a tax invoice in your organisation's name.

A written quotation with unit prices, lead times and delivery terms; inspection before dispatch; delivery notes, EFD receipts and tax invoices; and one contact person for the whole order.
Tenders and contracts
We bid for public and private tenders, requests for quotation and framework agreements, and deliver to the terms of the contract.
Public tenders
We participate in public procurement through Tanzania's National e-Procurement System (NeST) under the Public Procurement Act, and keep our registrations, tax clearance and statutory documents current.
